This was our 31st Annual Gator Day Gathering.....Probably no other Gator Club has had
these events as long as our Historic Club has had them!  This is a great time we all
look forward to, to renew old friendships and start new ones.  We will had live music from
Tommy Brown and the Sugar Mill Express,  a great Bar-B-Que lunch with all the fixings- 
Plenty of free refreshments too, beer-soda-water! 

Lots of Gator Vendors to satisfy that need for the latest Gator shirt, early Christmas present
or just to add to your collection. Coach Meyer was available to sign autograph's too!! 

We had a raffle drawing for two tickets for the following games:

  1st prize:  2 tickets to the 2006 home football games:  Dr. Danielle Colella
2nd prize:  2 tickets to home football game TBA:  Fred & Paula Weston
3rd prize:  2 tickets to home football game TBA:  Jon Xynidis

The ever popular 50/50 raffle, which this year was $600 to the winner and
$600 to our Club's Scholarship Fund,  all of these raffles will help support our Scholarship Fund.

We had a young Gator area for our young Gators to visit and get their faces painted and
get some neat fake Gator tattoos to show everyone their Gator spirit.

We recognized some of the most outstanding Volusia County High School Students with our annual
Club Scholarships......including the prestigious "Tommy Durrance Scholarship". 

This year's Scholarship winners are:

Ticket prices for this year's event
  Member Adult:  $20.00 in advance or $25.00 at the gate
 "Proof of UF Alumni Association membership will be requested
for at the gate for ticket discounts"
 Non-Member Adult:  $25.00 in advance and $30.00 at the gate
Children under 12:  $5.00
